To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Line Manager.

Product Line Management:

1. Manage Product Line Experts (5 people): The Product Line Manager will synthesize market trends on global electronics PG with a focus on all European OEM customers.
2. Each Product Line Expert will be the ambassador of the product internally and at customer:
3. Owner of market intelligence, the Product Line Expert will build a comprehensive market study:
1. Competition and market share by customer
2. Participate in exhibitions to identify market trends
3. Use market information tools (IHS, Marklines) to identify and understand upcoming product evolution milestones in line with market trends

ADP (Advanced Development Program) Participation:

1. Drive the product portfolio short/mid and long-term strategy for electronics products, including technology, electronics components, and process roadmap, and set up the introduction timeline to align with market trends.
2. The Product Line Manager is part of the Advanced Product Development (ADP) team, working with Advanced Program Management, Advanced Purchasing, and Advanced Product Engineering, participating in defining SOP timelines.

Internal & External Product Promotion:

1. In charge of developing:
1. Training material to enhance internal product understanding
2. Validate jointly with Corporate Communication the content of our internal and external advertising communication
3. Define and update product material presentations to support BUs in communicating about the product

Screening Process Validation:

1. Confirm for each RFQ that the upcoming business opportunity aligns with the Product Portfolio roadmap.
2. Identify technical product gaps jointly with Advanced Engineering in case of discrepancies.

Internal Processes:

1. Define and regularly adapt department management procedures, communication tools, standard meetings, and reports for the PLM team.
2. Develop, establish a cost budget, monitor annual spending, and initiate and execute improvement activities where appropriate.
