Job summary

Une entreprise spécialisée en Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur recherche un Fraiseur et un Tourneur expérimentés. Vous serez responsable de l'opération sur CNC, du contrôle qualité et de la maintenance. Ce poste offre un contrat permanent et s'adresse aux secteurs aérospatial, nucléaire et défense.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 3 à 10 ans en fraisage ou tournage.
  • Capacité à opérer des centres d'usinage CNC.
  • Connaissance des dessins techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Opérer sur des centres d'usinage CNC.
  • Effectuer le contrôle qualité.
  • Suivre les instructions de fabrication.
Job description

Profiles Sought:

  • Fraiseur H/F with 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Experienced turner H/F with 5 to 10 years of experience
MISSIONS
  1. Operate on CNC machining centers
  2. Perform quality control
  3. Carry out basic maintenance
  4. Follow manufacturing instructions (quality, deadlines)
  5. Comply with environmental regulations
  6. Adhere to safety guidelines
  7. Read and interpret technical drawings
  8. Use appropriate tools
  9. Position the piece on the machine correctly
  10. Manufacture the prototype
  11. Launch production once the prototype is validated
  12. Report any discrepancies
  13. Follow traceability, quality, and marking instructions
  14. Document and follow the manufacturing phases (control sheet)

Parts are intended for the aerospace, nuclear, and defense sectors.

Permanent contract possible without going through temporary work agencies.
