What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the employer's mission and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new healthcare clients, understanding their evolving needs
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare and hospital clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall performance and client engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Comfortable with cold-calling; no phone hesitation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while being located within one hour of the Santa Ana area
- Experience working in or with the healthcare industry is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in sales within the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
