• Manage and support program supply resourcing, developing relationships with internal and external partners
• Direct and coordinate activities for program implementation and evaluation
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
• Support the Program Manager by co-leading national relationships and critical areas of work
• Provide guidance to regions and act as a key contact for program leads and other stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentations
• Strong data management and analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook

• Knowledge of grant agreements and grant management
• Experience in creating presentations and developing training modules
• Ability to develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Flexibility and adaptability in project support and teamwork
• Experience working in disaster relief or related fields
