Job Description

The successful candidate will assist with drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts, handling pre-litigation matters, conducting legal research on distribution and competition law, assisting with training programs, managing contract documentation, preparing meetings, collaborating with the economic law team, and performing administrative tasks.

Internal and External Relationships

Internal: legal team, business teams, franchise, GSA, broker, and alliance teams. External: N/A

Qualifications

Previous experience is welcome. Education: Trainee lawyer or Master (M2) in commercial law. Languages: English. Computer skills: Google Office suite. Personal qualities: enthusiastic, rigorous, efficient, solution-oriented, team-player.

Skills

Strong understanding of commercial law and contracts, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and fluency in English.
