Senior Sales Executive - Gaming/Payments

Role: Senior Sales Executive
Sector: Payments / Gaming
Location: Head Office is in Malta, you can be based anywhere in the EU, UK or IRL as this is a fully remote role, regular travel will be required
Package: Generous basic + commission, negotiable to attract the best candidate

Our client is a well-established fin-tech with a good history and excellent portfolio of existing customers. Stable and well-funded, the company are seeking to further expand on their success by hiring an exceptional sales talent into their commercial team. Reporting to the CCO, you will enjoy an autonomous, challenging, fun and supportive work environment.

The role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, successful and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling our payment solutions into the gaming sector.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients from Europe, Africa & Asia, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Your track record of sales success, existing contact network and in-depth knowledge of the payments/gaming space will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough research on client industries, needs, and payment preferences to tailor sales pitches effectively, considering local payment methods and global payment trends.
  • Present and demonstrate our innovative local payment solutions to potential clients, showcasing their unique value propositions in various regions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing and contract guidelines, considering the diverse financial landscapes of different regions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas, contributing to our company's growth on both local and global scales.
  • Stay well-informed about international payment regulations, local payment methods, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the local and international markets, including regions such as Africa, Japan, and other strategic locations.

About you:

  • Experience at negotiating and closing deals in the iGaming/Payments industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fintech/payments focused on gaming.
  • Ability to guide and influence commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with local payment methods is a plus.
