Job summary
Un atelier automobile situé aux Pavillons-sous-Bois recherche un technicien qualifié pour diagnostiquer et réparer des véhicules, tout en garantissant une satisfaction client accrue. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme de niveau Bac +2 à Bac +3 et entre 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'après-vente automobile. Des compétences en diagnostic informatique seront nécessaires. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de travailler au sein d'une nouvelle marque NISSAN / HYUNDAI.
Qualifications
- Diplôme de niveau Bac +2 à Bac +3 requis.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en après-vente automobile.
- Connaissances en informatique et diagnostic nécessaires.
Responsibilities
- Réaliser le diagnostic des pannes complexes.
- Assurer les interventions demandées sur les véhicules.
- Rédiger et transmettre les FIC aux services techniques.
- Participer à la réalisation des objectifs de service.
