Job Title: DevOps Engineer for Ticketing - Order

We're looking for a DevOps engineer for our Order (ORR) division, in charge of the R&D activities related to:

1. Order management system (OrMS)
   It is a central module, part of Nevio, the new retailing platform. It interacts with retail layers (digital/NDC/touch point solutions), Offer Management system, Delivery system, Data Hub, order handling specific engines like revenue accounting, and as well, with external partners systems (e.g : Others OrMS systems).

2. Financial revenue accounting (ARA)
   Revenue Accounting is the link between the PSS or retailing platform and an airline’s financial system.

3. Electronic documents, sales and financial reporting
   This scope encompasses the E-ticket, EMD storage and associated use cases.

Department’s mission is to connect the development, security, and operational activities supporting the Order domain, as well as foster the transformations linked to the operational topics. As such, it is in charge of:

1. DevSecFinOps activities in the Order division

2. Stability, Security and compliance improvements

3. Engineering Experience improvements

4. Major transformations impacting our way of working as well as the technologies we use Target Operating Model, FinOps, Curiosity

DevSecOps (DSO) team is composed of talented people with DevOps, SRE, DBA profiles. People come from various experiences with complementary skillsets, in a dynamic, intercultural and international team. As DevOps Engineer joining us, you will work on Ticketing solution.

Main duties will be related to:

1. Cloud transformation

2. Processes improvements through automation

3. Service continuity and compliance

4. Operational maturity of Ticketing

1. 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer

2. RedHat Openshift or Kubernetes skills

3. Strong understanding of CI/CD concept

4. Experience with automation

5. Experience in cloud implementation and/or migration (Azure)

6. Proficiency with Git

7. Experience with GitOps deployment practices

8. Experience with Docker containers

9. Experience with Jenkins or other tool providing CI/CD pipelines

10. Familiar with standard solutions for application monitoring and logging

11. Strong interest in the DevOps culture

12. Very good level of written and spoken English

13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

14. Curious to learn new things every day

15. Autonomy: Learning on the job and explore with little supervision

16. Basic understanding of Agile methodology
