To support our growth in Personal Insurance with brokers, wealth management advisors, and exclusive life agents, we are hiring an Insurance Inspector. The role involves:
- Leading, supporting, and developing a network of intermediaries in your designated area.
- Promoting a wide range of products including retirement plans, savings, collective retirement, employee savings, and insurance coverage.
- Recruiting and retaining new intermediaries through targeted approaches to strengthen your network.
- Driving commercial development aligned with Abeille Vie’s strategic plan, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
- Identifying growth opportunities such as portfolio acquisitions or partnerships and reporting to regional management.
- Defining, negotiating, and monitoring production goals with your intermediaries, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensuring partnership agreements are signed and managing remuneration protocols.
- Implementing action plans to meet objectives and organizing informational meetings with clients, supported by experts when necessary.
- Training and informing intermediaries on products and tools, enabling them to autonomously sell insurance products through training and client support.
**Profile:**
A sales-oriented individual with significant experience in personal insurance (retirement, savings, and protection), skilled in B2B network management. Autonomous, proactive, with excellent relational and commercial skills, and a strong field sensitivity. Enthusiastic, reactive, and dynamic.
