Jobtailor is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and optimize Windows 10/11 and iOS environments. The role involves deploying Windows 11 profiles, Autopilot, and software distribution via Intune, while ensuring secure, compliant configurations across multi-tenant environments.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell and maintain documentation, reports, and infrastructure maps. Occasional on-call during incidents may be required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in workstation and mobile device administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and iOS in multi-tenant environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, VMware Horizon View, and PowerShell.
• Experience with MSI application packaging and software distribution.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Kaspersky, InstallShield, Nexthink, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Active Directory (GPOs), RDS, MDT, AIK, print services, and file-sharing services is preferred.
• Ability to be available on weekdays during business hours; occasional evenings/weekends for incidents.
• Prepare a detailed daily activity report; update technical documentation and configuration management records.
