Zusammenfassung

Accenture PLC in France is seeking a Practice Lead for Workday to build, lead and develop a high-performing team across Europe. You will drive growth in France, nurture partnerships with Workday, and align delivery with sales to win large-scale engagements.

You will coach and expand the team, manage targets for revenue and profitability, and work with Sales, Account Leaders and Delivery Leaders to deliver value. Fluent English and French required; travel may be needed.

As a Practice Lead Workday:

You will build, lead and develop your team in France. You will be part of a group of professionals focused on Workday and closely aligned across all countries in Europe. You have the opportunity to lead, coach and expand a great existing team around you in a priority market for Workday and Accenture in France. You maintain valuable partnership relations with Workday and other relevant Accenture entities. You are accountable for sales growth together with our sales executives, you are accountable for achieving profitable revenues with our client account leaders and our delivery leaders on the various engagements.

In this role, you will manage our Workday business in France:

• Lead our existing team and help them grow around you professionally


• Have the ability to expand your team to enable growing our business further


• Monitor and manage jointly agreed targets for sales, revenues and profitability in close collaboration with our sales executives, client account leadership and delivery leaders


• Involve yourself in appropriate sales activities as well as delivery activities tailored to your experience and ambition


• Maintain valuable relationships with Workday and other relevant partners in the domain of Talent


• Develop close relations and collaborate closely with other Accenture entities keeping our client’s interest at heart


• Develop yourself and grasp the opportunity to be at the forefront of enterprise reinvention at Accenture and our clients driven by advanced new technologies such as AI and Agentic AI.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Experience in leading and expanding a practice of professionals


• Experience in sales cycles at large global clients


• Experience in delivering large scale transformation in the HR domain
  
• Experience in taking accountability for achieving targets for sales, revenues, profitability and people related KPIs


• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions


• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent


• Fluency in English and French

• Experience in leading diverse teams onshore, nearshore and offshore


• Experience in large complex system transformations
