HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Finance Consultant to lead functional Workday deployments across Financial Management, Expenses and Procurement. You will gather requirements with client teams, design solutions, configure systems, and oversee data migration and integrations.

Strong FR/EN communication and 3–5 years in ERP consulting are required. You will participate in AMS projects, mentor juniors, and support sales while staying current with Workday certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one Workday module – Financial Management, Expenses or Procurement.
• 3–5 years ERP consulting experience.
• Experience in implementing R2R, P2P and O2C processes.
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area, preferably R2R.
• Experience in process design and improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
• Experience in data management and system configuration.
• Growth mindset.

YOUR MISSIONS

Working closely with client business teams, you as a Workday Finance Consultant will lead functional areas, drive the scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.

• Work on Workday Financial deployments in various roles
• Work on Workday AMS
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,
• Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals,
• Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,
• System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations,
• Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
• Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions
• Share knowledge, support, and mentor new Team Members
• Support the sales activities and business development.
• Completing and maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap.
• Keeping up to date with industry practices and the ability to engage with our customers on those topics.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience working with at least one or more modules in Workday - Financial Management, Expenses and/or Procurement (essential)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,
• Experience in implementing various functional areas including: R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas, preferably Record to Report (R2R)
• Experience in process design and improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French and in English.
• Experience in data management, administration and system configuration
