Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Workday HCM and Compensation implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client locations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on HCM and Compensation standards and best practices.
- Host workshops and lead discussions with client teams.
- Independently lead workstreams and report progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Accenture and Workday teams to exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to innovation via new methods and assets.
