Job summary

Accenture PLC in Paris seeks a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager to guide clients through the delivery of integrated HR solutions. You will lead advisory work, oversee deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of Workday investments.

You will shape solutions using Workday’s capabilities and GenAI accelerators, manage client expectations, and drive innovation while coordinating with global colleagues and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as a consultant or leading this in a client organisation
• Ability to manage client interactions across diverse teams and travel as required
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to articulate complex messages clearly
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday Talent & Performance to meet client needs
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in all activities
• Support workshops and discussions in Talent & Performance topics
• Coordinate with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to deliver robust solutions
• Contribute to innovative, industry-leading methods and assets
