Source One Technical Solutions in Paris seeks a Manager for Digital & Website to lead the development, execution, and effectiveness of the brand's digital marketing activities, including the website, paid media, and SEO, with a focus on customer acquisition and conversion.

Reporting to the AVP of Marketing, you will drive analytics, segmentation, website optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in omnichannel environments and digital marketing campaigns.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of marketing software systems related to website management and measurement.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of the Paris launch and long-term marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion.
• Leverage analytics and customer insights to define segmentation strategies.
• Support website optimization, landing pages, and customer journeys to improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on emerging technologies and channels.
• Gather consumer insights and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and improve digital experiences.
• Coordinate with media agencies to drive accountability for digital marketing results and cost savings.
• Serve as in-house support for digital products and identify market opportunities globally.
