The Türkiye SAP CoE will serve as one of the major SAP delivery hubs of Atos, with a focus on providing services to Central Europe countries and local Türkiye market while also scaling capabilities to growing markets.

We’re looking for

Responsibilities

• SAP Logistics Consultants – SD, WM, MM, EWM, PLM, PP
• SAP Financials Consultants – FI, CO, CO-PA
• SAP Technology Consultants – ABAP, FIORI
• Daily tasks: be actively part of global SAP Applications Management (AMS) projects
• Solving incident and change requests in the ticketing tool of our clients
• Providing application support under the SAP platform, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA
• Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation
• Manages incidents, service requests, problems and change requests reported by users and follow-up promptly for closure
• Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of consultancy experience
• AMS experience is nice to have
• Professionals looking for a Support environment
• Knowledge in using support tools like JIRA, Service Now etc.
• Work Permit in Türkiye
• Excellent level in English
• SAP certification will be an advantage
