Job summary

Liv-ex Ltd. is seeking a warehouse operative in Bordeaux to ensure safe, accurate receipt, verification, storage and dispatch of wine and related products. You will support daily operations by processing inbound and outbound goods, verifying items, and maintaining a safe, well-organised warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and improvement in a fast-paced logistics setting.

• Following all Liv-ex instructions and procedures.
• Accurate and timely processing of inbound goods.
• Verification and authentication of goods and reporting issues.
• Processing of outbound orders.
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment where authorised.
• Assisting with stock checks and audits.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Complying with Liv-ex health and safety procedures.

Objective of the Role

Ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, verification, authentication, storage and dispatch of wine and associated products to support business operations

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Following all Liv-ex instructions and procedures
• Accurate and timely processing of inbound goods
• Verification and authentication of goods in line with Liv-ex processes, including photographing goods and recognising and reporting on any issues
• Processing of outbound orders
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment where authorised
• Assisting with stock checks and audits
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Operating in-line with Liv-ex health and safety procedures
