Job summary

Liv-ex is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Bordeaux to ensure safe, accurate receipt, verification, storage and dispatch of wine and related products. You will support daily operations and adhere to Liv-ex procedures.

The role requires a team player with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and experience in a busy warehouse environment. You will work on site in a fast-paced setting with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Liv-ex instructions and procedures.
• Process inbound goods accurately and timely.
• Verify and authenticate goods, photograph items, report issues.
• Process outbound orders and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Assist with stock checks, audits and maintaining a safe workspace.
• Operate warehouse equipment as authorized and maintain cleanliness.

Objective of the Role

Ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, verification, authentication, storage and dispatch of wine and associated products to support business operations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Following all Liv-ex instructions and procedures
• Accurate and timely processing of inbound goods
• Verification and authentication of goods in line with Liv-ex processes, including photographing goods and recognising and reporting on any issues
• Processing of outbound orders
• Liaising with the UK Warehouse, Logistics, Authentication and Settlement Teams
• Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment where authorised
• Assisting with stock checks and audits
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Operating in-line with Liv-ex health and safety procedures
