Job summary

BioX has been retained by a leading international pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Vice President, South Europe. This is a significant regional leadership role overseeing commercial strategy, P&L and people leadership across France, Italy and Spain.

The successful candidate will report to the European leadership team, lead Country Heads, drive growth in generics and specialty medicines, and help shape future European commercial strategy within a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical leadership experience.
• Full P&L accountability at regional level.
• Experience across generics and specialty products.
• Proven track record delivering growth.
• Experience in major European markets (France, Italy, Spain).
• Ability to lead senior commercial teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance and P&L across multiple European markets.
• Develop and coach Country Heads and senior leaders.
• Drive revenue growth across both generics and specialty portfolios.
• Deliver business objectives through planning, forecasting and execution.
• Lead regional growth initiatives and support key product launches.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, medical, market access, finance and supply chain.
• Contribute to portfolio, licensing and broader strategic discussions at European leadership level.
• Build organisational capability and leadership strength across the region.
