The role requires fluent French and strong English, with a track record in hospitality development and exceptional relationship skills. Regional coverage includes Benelux with a global matrix context.

Qualificações

• Fluent French required; strong English essential.
• Proven development, owner relations, or growth experience in hospitality.
• Experience leading teams in multi-party, matrixed organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the development pipeline across France and Benelux from initial contact to signed deals.
• Represent the company across brands, focusing on mid-scale properties and key stakeholders.
• Build strategic relationships through industry events, meetings, and regional engagement.
• Oversee a small team, providing leadership and development support.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and pipeline leadership to ensure deal execution.
• Enhance regional visibility by representing the brand at forums and conferences.
