Based in Paris or London, the role centers on global storytelling, press strategy, and founder/perfumer positioning to elevate brand desirability. Reporting into the SVP, Global Brand Communications, this role will shape the global communications

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brand communications.
• Proven ability to lead global brand storytelling and media strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead global communications for Jo Malone London, Kilian Paris, and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle across all channels and markets.
• Oversee global press strategy, cultural relevance, and influencer engagement to drive earned media impact.
• Manage flagship initiatives such as the Paris Fragrance Atelier and major fragrance campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Lead a global communications team and partner with cross-functional groups to maximize brand equity and media outcomes.
