Estée Lauder Companies’ Kilian Paris brand seeks a Global Consumer Engagement Senior Manager based in Paris. This role accelerates growth by transforming brand storytelling into cultural relevance across Owned, Earned and Paid media, partnering with Global Events & PR, Global Online, Creative and Regional teams to build global engagement strategies that strengthen desirability and awareness.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years in content marketing, consumer engagement, influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Proven ability to lead influencer strategies and creator partnerships.
• Experience building integrated content strategies across Owned, Earned and Paid media.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management, with global/cross-functional experience.
• Luxury brand experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the long-term influencer strategy and creator partnerships across paid and organic activations.
• Develop global content strategy and editorial direction for multiple channels.
• Own the global social media strategy and content planning for launches and campaigns.
• Define audience strategies and paid media priorities globally.
• Monitor EMV and engagement, translating insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Global Events & PR to maximize impact of activations.
• Lead and develop the Consumer Engagement team to deliver best-in-class work.
