Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years in luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brand communications.
• Proven experience leading global communications for high-profile, prestige brands.
• Deep understanding of fragrance storytelling and luxury communications.
• Experience managing global milestones, events, and media campaigns.
• Strong media relationships and founder-led storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead global brand storytelling, press strategy, and cultural relevance for the Lifestyle Fragrance portfolio (Jo Malone London, KILIAN PARIS, Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle).
• Own the global press strategy and roadmap for product launches, activations, and major brand moments.
• Build founder and perfumer visibility through executive media placements.
• Lead communications strategies that maximize earned media across traditional and emerging channels.
