Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Vice President EMEA Segment Sales for Data Center to build and lead a high-performing commercial organization across the EMEA region. The role focuses on driving strategy, execution, and growth for data center portfolios in large multi-country projects, by coordinating with product, engineering, and services teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years of related experience in the 3 phase UPS Data Center business.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives Data Center commercial performance in the EMEA region, delivering revenue growth and profitability.
• Leads a direct and extended sales team across multiple countries and accounts.
• Coordinates with product units, engineering, project management and services to secure contracts.
• Oversees tender proposals, commercial offers and contract negotiations to meet Eaton's goals.
• Supports pre-sales engineering with clients, consultants and contractors on data center design and solution delivery.
• Ensures cross-functional alignment with country sales and regional leadership for large multinational projects.
