Eaton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Data Center infrastructure projects across France and the wider EMEA region, including power distribution, UPS, battery storage, and automation platforms such as DCIM and EPMS.

You will own projects from order intake through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to Eaton’s service organization, with remote/hybrid work and regular travel to customer sites in France and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of project or site management experience in construction, critical infrastructure, electrical systems, or industrial automation.
PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) with focus on construction and electrical infrastructure projects.
Fluency in French and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end execution of complex data center and critical infrastructure projects from PO receipt to handover.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure clear ownership and alignment of deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies for on-time delivery.
Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with Sales.
Drive project financial performance through cost control, forecasting, and margin optimization.
Identify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities with formal risk registers.
