As part of the R&D group, you will contribute to state-of-the-art conversational AI, NLP, and speech technologies, translating business needs into scalable solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong background in pattern recognition or ML for conversational AI.
• Experience with dialogue systems, NLP, or speech technologies beneficial.
• Ability to work with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize voice AI systems for enterprise contact centers.
• Maintain and improve existing conversation systems.
• Experiment with new approaches to conversational AI and voice tech.
• Translate business requirements into robust AI solutions with cross-functional teams.
