Job summary

GetVocal AI Ltd. in Paris seeks a Product Engineer Manager to own end-to-end technical delivery for a product area. The role is hands-on and requires leadership across architecture, coding, delivery and releases.

You will shape roadmaps, drive technical decisions, and ensure reliability while coordinating with both onshore and offshore engineers. Expect frequent collaboration with Product and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and operating production software systems.
• Strong Python fundamentals and hands-on coding ability.
• Experience owning product functionality from spec to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap with Product, including feasibility and trade-offs.
• Deliver features from problem definition to production and monitoring.
• Maintain architecture quality, security, reliability and scalability.
• Write meaningful production code and guide releases with CI/CD.
