Alignerr recherche des comédiens voix français pour former et évaluer des systèmes d’IA. Le poste est un contrat horaire, entièrement à distance, avec flexibilité et travail indépendant.

Ce rôle ne nécessite pas de background IA, mais demande une voix française maîtrisée et une prestation professionnelle constante. Environnement de travail flexible et possibilités de prolongation selon les projets.

Formación

• Maîtrise du français parlé (natif ou quasi-natif) et diction claire.
• Expérience en voix-off, narration, livre audio, doublage ou travaux audio similaires.
• Accès à un équipement d’enregistrement professionnel et à un environnement calme.
• Capacité à livrer des performances engageantes et expressives de manière constante.
• Bonnes compétences d’écoute pour évaluer la prononciation, le ton et le rythme.

Responsabilidades

• Enregistrer des fichiers audio français de haute qualité à partir de scripts fournis.
• Évaluer les échantillons générés par IA pour leur naturel et expressivité.
• Fournir des retours structurés pour améliorer la qualité vocale synthétisée.
• Ajuster les scripts pour qu’ils sonnent naturels et faciles à interpréter.
• Travailler de manière autonome et selon votre propre planning.

French Generalist Voice Actor (AI Training)

What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of French speakers around the world? We're looking for talented French voice actors and voice-over professionals to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping the next generation of AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding French voice, professional delivery, and a sharp ear for what sounds right.

This role supports AI speech development and does not involve any voice cloning activities.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, high-fidelity French audio using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve synthesized voice quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Full fluency in spoken French — native or near-native speakers strongly preferred
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio work
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances consistently
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall audio clarity
• Detail-oriented when evaluating and providing feedback on speech quality
• No AI or tech background required

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple voice acting styles — commercial, narrative, character, or instructional
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Knowledge of regional French variations — European, Canadian, African, or otherwise
• Background in linguistics, communications, or broadcast media
• Prior exposure to AI voice evaluation or speech data projects
