Job summary

European Space Agency in Paris is offering an internship in the Director General's Cabinet - Protocol Office. You will assist with VIP relations, briefing materials and protocol documentation, while supporting official visits, events and guest operations.

The role provides exposure to international protocol standards, high-level engagements and multi-stakeholder coordination within ESA’s headquarters and international offices.

Qualifications

• You must be a university student, preferably in your final or penultimate year of a Master’s program.
• Ability to demonstrate enrollment for the entire duration of the internship.
• Proactive in protocol research, briefing material and VIP relations.
• Experience or interest in event management and diplomatic contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Protocol with VIP relations, briefings and guest profiles.
• Assist in planning high level visits, events and guest registrations.
• Contribute to guest correspondence, seating plans and ceremonial details.
• Coordinate invitations, logistics and documentation for protocol activities.
