Job summary

European Space Agency in Paris invites university students to join the DG Support and Members States Relations Section for an internship. You will support daily activities, monitor space policy developments, and help prepare background input for meetings.

The role offers exposure to intergovernmental relations, briefing notes, presentations, and coordination with the Member States. Fluency in English or French is required, with knowledge of the other language a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a university student, preferably in final or second-to-last year of Master’s level.
• Must be enrolled at university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Good knowledge of English or French; knowledge of the other language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks of the DG Support and Members States Relations Section.
• Monitor space activities, political developments and policy topics of ESA Member States.
• Contribute to weekly Member States observatory updates and related products.
• Assist in preparing background input for Director General meetings with Member States.
• Assist in preparing presentation material for engagements of the Director General.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the team.
