ESA Headquarters, Paris, France, invites university students to join the External Relations Department for an internship. You will conduct research on geopolitical developments relevant to ESA and the space sector, support the formulation of internal positions, and assist with high-level meetings with international delegations, in coordination with programme directorates.

Qualifications

• Must be a university student, preferably in final or second-to-last year of a Master’s programme.
• Working languages are English and French; knowledge of another ESA language is an asset.
• Motivation for applying will be explored during the interview.
• Knowledge of the global space sector or international relations is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Research geopolitical and geostrategic developments of relevance to ESA and the space sector.
• Contribute to formulation of internal positions and support the implementation of ESA’s missions with international partners.
• Assist in handling high-level meetings with international delegations.
• Gain insights into the functioning of an intergovernmental organisation at the heart of the space sector.
