TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager in Paris to act as a strategic bridge between our platform and Luxury Goods advertisers. You will analyze complex metrics, translate data into compelling narratives, and collaborate with sales and product teams to maximize ROI.

In this role, you will monitor campaign performance, drive adoption of ad formats and measurement tools, and deliver insights during business reviews to secure future investment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or performance in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
• Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance.
• Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP).
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
• Fluent in French and English. High written and oral proficiency in French is required as this role will work with regional clients.

Responsabilités

• Advertiser growth: manage long-term relationships with Luxury Goods clients and partner with the sales team on media strategy to scale advertiser investment and deliver against business goals.
• Product adoption: drive the adoption of our multiple advertising formats and measurement solutions, ensuring campaigns are implemented using best practices while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.
• Data analysis & optimization: demonstrate deep analytical expertise by monitoring proprietary metrics to identify real-time optimization opportunities that improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• Strategic consulting: translate performance data into actionable business insights and compelling narratives to present during business reviews and regular meetings with your clients.
