Job summary

Voodoo in Paris is seeking a skilled VFX Artist to create high-quality 2D/3D visual effects, motion graphics, and animations for Marble Sort. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to integrate VFX into core gameplay and optimize for performance.

You should have a strong portfolio in 2D/3D art, experience with Maya or Blender, and Unity real-time rendering, with a passion for fast-paced environments and delivering polished player experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a VFX Artist with a strong portfolio in 2D/3D art, motion graphics and animations.
• Proficiency with Maya or Blender; knowledge of ZBrush, Substance Painter, Houdini and After Effects a plus.
• Experience with Unity real-time rendering and integration of VFX into gameplay.

Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality 2D and 3D VFX, including motion graphics and animations.
• Developing and implementing visual effects for core gameplay, character abilities, environmental effects and rewards.
• Collaborating with designers, artists and developers to integrate 3D assets and VFX into the game.
• Working with developers to adapt and integrate new art features according to project specs.
• Optimizing VFX for performance and maintaining pipelines for efficient production.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to motion graphics, animations and VFX creation.
