OneRagtime SAS is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Paris-based finance and tech teams. You will navigate regulatory obligations for an AMF-registered management company, manage KYC checks, and draft fund documentation to support dynamic fundraising rounds across Europe.

You will negotiate terms with founders, prepare investment documents, and help digitalize our legal processes within the OneRagtime platform, while collaborating with external partners and portfolio companies.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in fund structuring or VC/PE.
• Strong academic background combining business and law.
• Fluency in English and French.

Mansioni

• Monitor regulatory obligations as an AMF-registered management company.
• Coordinate with RCCI, authorities and reporting.
• Carry out investor KYC checks.
• Draft and update fund documentation.
• Defend portfolio interests in investments and fundraising rounds.
• Negotiate terms and prepare investment documents.
• Support portfolio companies post-investment.
• Manage SPV setups and corporate documentation.
• Handle day-to-day legal matters and NDAs.
• Liaise with external law firms, auditors and industry partners.
• Digitalize legal processes as part of the OneRagtime platform.
