You will support fundraising processes, communicate strategies, and manage investor relationships while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should have a passion for startups, a strong academic record, and be bilingual in English and French.

As an Investor Relations analyst, you will support the fundraising process, engage with current and prospective investors, and help communicate OneRagtime strategy, performance, projects and portfolio developments.

OneRagtime in figures: 15 talents from 6 different countries with a presence in Barcelona and Paris. 250+ investors, 50 startups backed, 9 exits. 2 centaures.

The position:

Join OneRagtime’s Investor relations team and play a pivotal role in supporting investor communications, organizing events, and amplifying the fund’s story and portfolio to our community of LPs and prospects. You will work closely with the entire team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with and nurturing our investor and founder communities to foster lasting relationships.
• Conducting competitive intelligence and market research on the VC ecosystem to support strategic decision-making and provide benchmarks on competition and performance.
• Supporting the segmentation and qualification of our investor database to identify promising prospects.
• Actively reaching out to new investors and distribution partners such as private banks, multi-family offices, and wealth managers through growth hacking and cold outreach.
• Tracking commercial activities and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Assisting in the preparation of investor reports, presentations, and materials showcasing fund performance, portfolio KPIs, and key updates.
• Helping to coordinate investor roadshows, including organizing materials, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
• Providing administrative support during investor onboarding and managing compliance documentation such as subscription forms and KYC.
• Representing OneRagtime at industry events to build relationships and expand our network.
• Drafting newsletters and communications to keep investors informed and actively animate OneRagtime presence on social networks leveraging our Tech & Ai team and tools.

• Previous sales experience and strong entrepreneurial attitude.
• Sales savviness and intuition backed by data.
• International mind-set is a must; an international background is even better!
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken is a MUST.
