Autel Automotive Intelligence – Europe is seeking a Vehicle Sourcing & Partnership Specialist to develop automotive partner networks across Europe. Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with automotive repair workshops, 4S/dealer networks, rental companies, fleet operators, and other local partners.
• Develop new testing locations and partner channels for product testing and validation.
• Source and secure vehicles based on internal project needs, including brands/models and new energy vehicles.
• Coordinate with R&D, product, and project teams to understand vehicle requirements and arrange sourcing solutions.
• Collect market and competitor insights through external automotive networks, especially around vehicle availability and testing channels.

We are looking for a Vehicle Sourcing & Partnership Specialist to develop automotive partner networks across Europe. This role focuses on building relationships with repair workshops, 4S/dealer networks, rental companies, fleet operators, and other automotive partners to secure access to vehicles and testing locations for our product and R&D teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with automotive repair workshops, 4S/dealer networks, rental companies, fleet operators, and other local automotive partners.
• Develop new testing locations and partner channels that can provide vehicles and suitable environments for product testing and validation.
• Source and secure vehicles based on internal project needs, including specific brands, models, vehicle types, and new energy vehicles.
• Coordinate with R&D, product, and project teams to understand vehicle requirements and arrange practical sourcing solutions.
• Collect market and competitor insights through external automotive networks, especially around vehicle availability, testing channels, and service networks.

You Are

• Experienced with 2–6 years in automotive partnership development, vehicle sourcing, business development, dealer/workshop cooperation, rental company cooperation, fleet cooperation, or related automotive industry roles.
• Strong in communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship building, with the ability to develop and maintain external partner channels.
• Familiar with automotive repair shops, 4S/dealer networks, rental companies, fleet operators, or local automotive service networks in Europe.
• Able to understand vehicle sourcing needs and convert them into practical actions, including partner outreach, vehicle access, and testing location development.
• Existing automotive contacts or channels that can support access to test vehicles are highly preferred.
• Experience with vehicle testing channels, automotive diagnostics, new energy vehicles, or competitor/peer-company testing environments is a strong plus.
• Proactive, resourceful, organized, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.
• Professional proficiency in English; conversational in Chinese.
• Holder of a valid driving license and willing to travel locally when needed.
