Alt is hiring a Senior Manager, Vault Operations to own end-to-end vault operations, P&L, customers, team, and expansion plans. This strategy-and-scale role requires managing across shifts and building a model to scale a $10M+ business unit.

You will collaborate with product, finance, and enterprise partners, drive throughput, and lead capital investments in vault machinery and processes.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain, including 3+ years managing teams.
• Owns throughput metrics and drives continuous improvement.
• Builds and scales SOPs, training programs across shifts.
• Negotiates with vendors and carriers to improve margins.
• Comfortable with enterprise customer relationships and complex workflows.

Aufgaben

• Own P90 intake/outtake speed as top metric and drive it down.
• Own vault P&L including labor, lease, insurance, shipping, and capex.
• Create and update SOPs for all vault workflows and train the team.
• Collaborate with CX, Sales, Product, Engineering on vault roadmap and pricing.
• Plan headcount, shifts, and expansion for future capacity.
• Lead expansion to new vault locations and evaluate capacity gains.
