Veeva Systems is seeking a Vault CRM Architect to advise key customer stakeholders in Global Life Sciences. You will deploy Veeva Vault Platform and related applications, align with best practices, and scale for future growth and innovation.

This role combines technical leadership, hands-on configuration, and cross-functional collaboration across SMB and Enterprise accounts. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT consulting, experience with Veeva Vault/CRM or Salesforce, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

7+ years in IT consulting/architecture for implementation projects.
Expertise building, configuring, and architecting on Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce (Force.com).
Strong consulting background with stakeholder management in complex environments.
Willingness to travel ~20% and work remotely within Europe.

Responsabilités

Drive End-to-End Delivery: own and collaborate on implementation and migration projects across SMB and Enterprise accounts.
Act as the Technical Authority: lead meetings with senior IT and Business stakeholders and mentor teams.
Stay Hands-on: configure, fix issues, and help solve deep technical problems when they arise.
Create Solutions: turn open-ended problems into clear action plans and drive them forward.
Push the Boundaries: explore new AI tools and find smart solutions to simplify work.
