Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant to drive successful commercial implementation projects of Vault CRM and connected products for top pharma clients. You will work on design, configuration, and delivery, collaborating with global teams.

Based in Europe with flexible locations (Paris, Barcelona, London, etc.), the role requires travel around 20% and strong English communication. You will lead workshops, UAT, and training while advising on scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to travel ~20%.
• Fluent in English; additional European language a plus.
• Experience with global projects or international teams.
• Salesforce.com and Veeva certifications.
• Experience with software from other vendors (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, etc).

Responsabilités

• Implement Veeva Solutions across projects covering assigned roles.
• Configure and customize Vault CRM to client needs.
• Lead client workshops, UAT, and training sessions.
• Provide expert advisory to optimize business processes.
