Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization powering life sciences with Vault CRM implementations and connected products. The Consultant role involves designing and building client-specific solutions, taking on various project roles such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect, or project manager across multiple engagements.

You will lead client workshops, guide UAT and training, and act as a trusted advisor to optimize business processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Implement Veeva Vault CRM solutions across projects and roles.
• Configure and customize Vault CRM to client needs.
• Lead client engagements, workshops, UAT, and training sessions.
• Provide expert advisory to translate requirements into scalable designs.
