Job summary
Kroll is seeking an Analyst in Valuation Services to perform valuation analyses across industries and support financial modelling for acquisitions. You will gather data through client interactions, prepare clear results, and help develop proposals and presentations for clients.
Ideal candidates hold a finance/economics/engineering degree with internship experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus fluency in French and English. Paris location with relocation support where applicable.
Qualifications
- Current degree pursuit in finance, economics or engineering; MBA valuable.
- Prior internship/apprenticeship in finance (audit, valuation, M&A) encouraged.
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint, data gathering and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analyses on diverse entities using accepted approaches.
- Work with financial models including DCF and market multiples.
- Gather data via client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and present results clearly to clients.
- Support proposals, presentations and publications for clients.
- Conduct in-depth client, industry and market research.
