Job summary

Kroll’s Valuation Services team in Paris is seeking a driven analyst-intern to support valuation analyses for financial reporting, tax and planning purposes. You will gain world-class training, participate in client engagements and contribute to the preparation of proposals and client deliverables, with relocation support where applicable.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree with coursework in business/finance, have prior finance internship exposure, and are fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Gap year/End-of-studies long term internship in pre-recruitment context.
• Finance internship experience in audit, valuation, M&A or related analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with valuation analyses on a range of entities across industries using accepted approaches.
• Working with financial models for DCF, market multiples, and option pricing analyses.
• Independently gathering data through client interaction and site visits.
• Assisting in preparing and presenting results clearly and concisely.
• Supporting development of proposals, presentations, and publications for clients.
• Conducting in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research.
