Job summary

Kroll is seeking a driven intern to join its Valuation Services in Paris. You will assist with valuation analyses for public and private entities, using discounted cash flow, market multiples, and other established valuation methods.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in finance or business, has completed courses in finance, and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and French/English language skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with focus on finance or business administration.
• Demonstrated ability to perform valuation analyses or related financial studies.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist valuation analyses for public and private entities across industries.
• Work with financial models including DCF, multiples, and option pricing analyses.
• Gather data through client interaction and site visits.
• Contribute to presenting results clearly and concisely.
