Back Market is seeking a UX Research Apprentice to support the e-commerce experience by turning user insights into actionable recommendations. You will work with business and product teams to foster a user-centered culture while helping improve research processes, tools, and communications.

You will collaborate with designers, product owners and engineers to evolve a robust experience for customers, and you will present results to demonstrate the value of research across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other techniques.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
• English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, product owners and engineers to craft a robust user experience for Back Market’s customers.
• Listen to business problems and help craft actionable research plans.
• Conduct qualitative studies to gather insights and build strong recommendations.
• Launch quantitative studies to identify trends and validate hypotheses.
• Partner with product designers to maximize impact of research outputs.
• Present findings to the company to demonstrate research value.
• Contribute to the UX Research team’s ongoing development.
