Back Market is seeking a UX Research Apprentice to help understand our users and improve our ecommerce experience. You will work with product, design, and engineering to translate insights into actionable recommendations and to strengthen research processes.

Starting January 2027, located in Bordeaux, France, you must be enrolled in a French work-study program. English proficiency is essential, and additional languages are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a French work-study program (apprentissage)
• Excellent professional English
• Experience with user research methods (qualitative & quantitative)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• E-commerce experience is a plus, not required

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, product owners and engineers to shape a robust user experience
• Listen to business problems and help craft action plans
• Conduct qualitative research to derive insights and strong recommendations
• Launch quantitative studies to discover trends and validate hypotheses
• Work with product designers to maximize impact of recommendations
• Present research findings to emphasize value of UX research
• Contribute to growing the UX Research team with colleagues
