Back Market is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our small but high-impact User Research team, driving research on the Customer Journey Scope and aligning with market trends.

You will lead research from strategic discovery to usability validation, shaping product strategy, market positioning, and post-launch experience. This role emphasizes coaching designers and embedding user insights across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in User Research or adjacent field.
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative studies end-to-end.
• Ability to coach non-researchers (designers, PMs) to conduct research.
• Excellent communication and empathy enabling insights to land with stakeholders.
• Balance of technical research skills, business sense, and stakeholder handling.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Research: build deep understanding of customers and market, informing product strategy.
• Concept & Idea Testing: run studies to evaluate new concepts early in development.
• Research Execution: design and run studies across the full customer journey; distill insights for stakeholders.
• Designer Coaching & Research Enablement: coach designers to plan and run usability testing.
