Back Market is seeking a passionate Product Manager Apprentice to join the Customer Journey Team’s Checkout Squad in Paris. You will improve the shopping funnel on web and app by running AB tests, drafting specs and user stories, and coordinating with PMs, Operations, Engineering, Content and Design to drive impactful product initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring features are adopted and deliver measurable improvements in conversion and user experience.

• Passion for product management and user-centered thinking.
• Strong analytical mindset and methodical approach.
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with AB testing and UX concepts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support product development across ideation to launch.
• Write detailed specs and user stories; oversee feature delivery and QA.
• Autonomously run AB tests to improve checkout conversion.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers and marketing to prioritize features.
• Monitor feature performance and post-launch impact.
