Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced DevOps professional to design and build the Unreal Engine CI/CD backbone for a major AA PC/Console project. You will architect a Kubernetes-based Internal Developer Platform and ensure reliable, scalable builds across PC, Console, and Mobile.

You will implement quality gates, optimize Perforce, and develop self-service tooling to accelerate release engineering. Strong scripting and collaboration with QA and production teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in a game production context.
• Hands-on with Unreal Engine and multiple platforms (PC/Console/Mobile).
• Strong infrastructure-as-code, hybrid cloud/on-prem environments, and an SRE mindset.
• Experience with Perforce at scale and tools like Horde or Zen Server.

Responsibilities

• Design and industrialize Unreal Engine CI/CD pipelines across PC, Console, and Mobile.
• Architect and scale an Internal Developer Platform on Kubernetes using Helm.
• Implement automated quality gates to shift issue detection left in the pipeline.
• Optimize Perforce infrastructures and operate hybrid on-prem + cloud.
• Develop internal tooling to reduce developer friction and support release engineering.
