WeRecruit is seeking an Executive Education business development professional to advise prospects, understand their objectives and guide them to the best programme.

You will build a robust prospect portfolio, develop new opportunities through outreach and events, and collaborate with Programme, Marketing and Admissions teams across European campuses.

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, proactive prospecting, data-driven forecasting and a clear results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive education or professional services sales.
• Ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise and convert: respond to inbound leads and guide prospects to enrolment.
• Develop new opportunities: expand pipeline via outreach and networking.
• Implement sales initiatives: design webinars, info sessions and campaigns.
• Manage activity and performance: maintain CRM pipeline and forecast enrolments.
• Collaboration and market knowledge: align with Programme, Marketing and Admissions teams.
