Job summary

The Workery is seeking a Senior Digital Learning Project Manager to lead our UK rollout, adapting our proven French digital training model for a British audience with flawless pedagogy and local standards. You will ensure learners get what they need to change their futures.

You will run UK projects and build English content—from scripts to quizzes—structure learning objectives, and deploy into our LMS (EasyGenerator) while coordinating with our media team to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• You have flawless, lived-in English (written and spoken) in fully English-speaking environments.
• You are a Digital Learning expert with strong pedagogy and course structuring knowledge.
• You can optimize digital tools like Notion, Google Suite, Canva, EasyGenerator and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Run the UK Projects: Adapt the model for the UK market and work with UK technical experts.
• Drive the Production: Coordinate creation of all English content.
• Track the Progress: Manage each project phase in Notion for an international rollout.
• Deploy the Tech: Adapt and roll out internal tools (CRM, Back Office, LMS) for the UK.
• Own the Result: Deliver on time, on budget, to The Workery's quality standard.
• Build the Content: Transcreate French content into English to hit cultural and linguistic targets.
• Create from Scratch: Produce scripts, storyboards, quizzes, interactive resources, and videos with the media team.
• Structure the Learning: Break down skills into clear learning objectives and modules.
• Build it Online: Integrate content into the LMS (EasyGenerator).
• Produce & QA: Organize shoots, test modules, fix bugs, report progress.
